Date: 2012-05-10 02:56 pm (UTC)2. Preferred gender pronoun: she, largely as a matter of convenience. I don't feel particularly gendered, and I dream as female, male, and neutral, but my body is female and I'm as at home in it as any body, so.

7. What makes you happy/hobbies: Baking! Knitting, cooking, bookbinding, pushing a colander into soap suds, hiking, kayaking, beautiful gardens, happy people, yoga, making jewelry, reading, writing, talking to people I like about interesting things, research, hot baths, when you unwrap a chewy candy and it leaves a paper cap on one end!

9. Are you in love/have a crush at the moment: Nope. I had one, but it ended last week.
10. Favorite place to be: Up a tree, curled up in a chair with a cup of tea, leaning against my mum anywhere.

1. Favorite Fandom(s): Maybe old friend fandoms – Master and Commander, Pride and Prejudice, Harry Potter, Doctor Who, Sherlock, football. Right now I’m writing Ash, Harry Potter, Doctor Who, and a football/opera fusion. I’m mostly reading Avengers fic at the moment, with occasional forays into Inception. Clearly feeling the need for some shoot ‘em ups in my life.
2. OTP/OT3(s): DOCTOR/MASTER. That is my OTP of OTPs. Closely followed by Hamlet/Horatio, which I have shipped since I was thirteen. Also Stephen/Jack and Steve/Danny and Robert/George and Gawain/Sir Bertilak/Lady Bertilak and Elizabeth/Peter/Neal and Nick/Jamie and Natasha/Pepper and Emma/Mr Knightley and Henry V/Montjoy and Laura/Sorry and – apparently I’m on a YA and classics kick tonight, I’ll just stop here. 3. Celebrities you flail over: At the moment? Tom Hiddleston. Because he recited the Once More Into The Breach soliloquy, and won my heart.
4. Favorite music: Oh gods. I like so much music. Bands of interest at the moment: Magnetic Fields, Mountain Goats, Decemberists, Manau, Bowling for Soup, the Cranberries. Favorite Composer: Alexander Borodin. Favorite singers: KT Tunstall, Kate Rusby, Pink, Vienna Teng. Favorite musical: Evita.

Doctor Who, I do believe!
I must admit I'm not that much into Doctor Who. I watched Torchwood but not Who so far... but I know a bit thanks to tumblr and gif-sets. XD But yeah I have to educate myself...

Mmmm, Doctor Who, you should watch it just so you can ship Doctor/Master with me. BEST EVER. In my head, and pretty much in canon, they have been in love since they were itty bitty baby Time Lords! And entirely in my head, the Doctor stole the TARDIS the day after the Master proposed, and the Master has been having a fit ever since. The Doctor likes to say it was a crime of opportunity and had nothing to do with the proposal. The Master says he's an irresponsible commitment-phobe with a serious case of wanderlust. They've been stalking each other across the galaxy ever since!
